Alan is a partner in our Global Media & Entertainment Group and the Global Leader of the Media & Entertainment Tax services. He is also the Northeast Media & Entertainment Tax Market Team Leader.
Alan works with public and private companies across the sector in traditional book, newspaper, magazine and journal publishing; music, film and broadcasting; professional sports; cable; and new media and digital sectors.
Alan advises clients that range from high-growth start-ups to multinational companies and financial buyers on a variety of corporate stratégie et transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structuring, divestitures, IPO planning, international tax planning, tax accounting, reporting and various accounting methods.
He earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Alan has served as a regional representative on our Inclusiveness Strategy and Gender Equity Task Force, working to improve the power of different opinions, perspectives and cultural references to help businesses succeed in the global marketplace.
